Marine Project Management

With 20 years experience running a variety of technical projects across New Zealand and Australia, Josh has been applying himself to Marine related projects over the last 6yrs. 

Working on all size boats from 40ft to 140ft, successfully managing the  completion of electrical and electronics upgrades, re-powering boats, generator installs, TV and audio-visual projects.

Organising, working with and around other Marine trades to ensure the most efficient time onboard. 

Formally trained in Prince2, project management methodology, I have excellent communication skills, and provide reporting on progress relating to the overall project as well as scope requirements for time, cost and quality.
